I ordered the wrong ink, and when I asked for a return, they declined, citing it was one day past the return period. Despite liking the ink, the refusal to accommodate a one-day delay in returning has left me disheartened. As a customer, I believe in the value of a good product and customer service. Unfortunately, when a company doesn't recognize the loyalty of its customers, it's a clear signal. I won't be making any more purchases with this company. It's disheartening when businesses fail to appreciate their customers.
